Washington Butler was born in Puyallup Washington State, became attracted to the arts as an infant. She sang in choirs entered contests for singing and also performed in the community theatre and in high school. Then she moved to Los Angeles in order to study at The University of Southern California and afterward, she performed as Belle her princess role for one and a half years in Disneyland. Then she left school to search for an agent. She then began auditioning and working on television and film. Butler played a part in the TV show CSI: Miami.
